Action Needed: registration and full payment is due by June 17, 2019.
Patriots’ Path Council is now making financial commitments to our vendors. It is time to provide us with your best final count and associated payment by June 17, 2019.
The fee per person is set at $50 which will include camping, program, and access to the Jamboree site.
Please make appropriate arrangements for cooking food within your campsite. A camping guide will be sent out shortly which includes access to water and grey water disposal.
Food trucks have been arranged and a pricing list will be available by the leaders meeting on September 15, 2019.
When you register online, please have ready:
- Total number of youth and adults
- On-site leader contact information
- Your contact information
- Sizing of your trailer or if you will use an equipment vehicle.
Additional parking passes can be purchased. One parking pass will be issued for every 5 participants registered.
If you have pre-registered and have paid the $100 site deposit, you will be credited this fee for your first two participants.
You may be recruiting new Scouts during the new school year and this is an event they certainly do not want to miss. Additional registrations for Scouts can be accepted with full payment if there are spots available.
Please add on your calendar an important leader’s meeting at the Jamboree site itself on September 15, 2019 from 1 PM to 2:30 PM. Additional information will be sent out in August.
